Since the end of the '80s, The Smashing Pumpkins have been writing, recording and playing music to the joy and delight of all. In addition to the group's music, however, each band member has chosen to dabble into side projects with other bands, or even on their own. After the Pumpkins split in 2000, Billy & Jimmy formed another band, Zwan, which cranked out another album & a couple singles. Post-Zwan saw a solo release from Billy as well as one from Jimmy's project, the Jimmy Chamberlin Complex. And as of 2007, The Pumpkins are officially back together again!
